Logo Smackdown ii – United Nations v League of Nations
While there was no sure winner in the Logo Smackdown round one fight between Amtrak, now and then, this week’s Logo Smackdown ii – United Nations v League of Nations surely will move people off the fence, and I think that very soon we will have the winner.
Please vote below on which logo should win this silly little game.
This one isn’t even close: since the League of Nations didn’t have an official logo this obviously hampers the logo’s ability to make an adequate defense. Even if the League did use the above logo, it pales in comparison to the United Nations logo; the UN logo’s iconography is literally globally inclusive, where the Leagues iconography celebrates the five continents and the “five races” while mixing English and French language.
In this fight, the United Nations clearly wins in a 1-0 decision.
